CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) – The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections says a second SCI Camp Hill inmate died hours before after another inmate was killed. Inmate Bryan Conrad, 50, was found unresponsive in his cell on July 1 and pronounced deceased at 3 p.m. despite life-saving measures. The Cumberland County Coroner’s office says Conrad, who was serving a 4 to 8-year sentence for Failure to Comply with Registration of Sexual Offenders Requirements, died by suicide.
