Blink Twice is a psychological thriller directed and co-written by Kravitz. It stars Kravitz's fiancé , Channing Tatum , as Slater King, a tech billionaire who meets cocktail waitress Frida (Naomi Ackie) at his fundraising gala. He invites her to join him and his friends on a vacation to his private island, but Frida soon finds out that paradise isn't all that it seems.
Kravitz spoke to ET on the carpet about how she felt about having her Big Little Lies family support her directorial debut.
"I feel so many things. It's been a seven-year journey. I don't think I even understand what's happening right now," Kravitz said. "I can't believe I'm here."
She then gushed about Witherspoon and Dern, who both have some directing experience.
"Well they've just been an incredible inspiration to me," Kravitz told ET. "Having a community of women like that has honestly changed my life and, you know, being on that show really showed me what can happen when women step behind the camera in so many different ways. So I'm very grateful to have them here tonight to support me."
As for any progress on season 3 of Big Little Lies , Kravitz said she's still waiting on a script.
