Where is the smoke in Colorado coming from?
Winds from the north are carrying smoke into the Denver area. Over the past few days, you may have noticed haze in the skies over Colorado — that’s due to wildfire smoke. The smoke doesn’t originate in Colorado, but rather is being pushed into our area by winds coming out of the north. The wildfires are burning in Canada, California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.

Digital Marketing Boot Camp Success
The North Metro Small Business Development Center (SBDC) The North Metro Small Business Development Center (SBDC) recently celebrated several businesses for completing the 6-week Digital Marketing Boot Camp (DMB). Held once a year, the City of Westminster sponsors this course and provides scholarships for Westminster businesses to attend this Boot Camp at no charge in order to help them craft a personalized marketing plan that helps guide their efforts for the next 12 months. This celebration was held at Quinto Neighborhood Pizzeria where 3 students attended and were honored with certificates of completion. Instructor Peter Brissette, CEO of Digital Marketing Dude, was also presented with the Fearless Leader Award.
