Welcome to Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season and our weekly PPR fantasy football superflex rankings. We know many of you compete in superflex formats that invite/covet second quarterbacks in starting lineups, so these rankings account for that. It might look odd to see the lowest-ranked fantasy passers ahead of typical RB2 and WR2 options, but the potential scoring impact demands it. If your league is of the standard flex variety, just ignore the presence of quarterbacks. Regardless, good luck in the season's opening week!

    1. Josh Allen , Bills (QB1) : Last season's top fantasy QB should thrive again, regardless of opponent.

    2. Jalen Hurts , Eagles (QB2) : Eagles slumped in the second half, but Hurts did not. Invest with confidence.

    3. Lamar Jackson , Ravens (QB3) : Elite running numbers -- like the fellows ahead of him -- create a solid floor.

    4. Patrick Mahomes , Chiefs (QB4) : Even on opening night versus the Ravens, how can you bet against Mahomes?

    5. Christian McCaffrey , 49ers (RB1) : Healthy last season, and he led the position in PPR points by more than 100!

    6. Joe Burrow , Bengals (QB5) : He comes off a truncated season, but don't forget he is elite when healthy.

    7. Anthony Richardson , Colts (QB6) : Tantalizing rushing talent is healthy today. Tomorrow, who knows?

    8. C.J. Stroud , Texans (QB7)

    9. Tyreek Hill , Dolphins (WR1)

    10. CeeDee Lamb , Cowboys (WR2) : No concerns here, as Lamb got his big contract, and will dominate again.

    11. Justin Jefferson , Vikings (WR3) : Some concern about the change at QB, but Jefferson's talent shines through.

    12. Amon-Ra St. Brown , Lions (WR4)

    13. Ja'Marr Chase , Bengals (WR5) : Another unhappy wide receiver, but these situations get worked out. Do not overthink it, if he suits up.

    14. Jordan Love , Packers (QB8) : Yeah, he really is this good, and yeah, he was a draft-day bargain.

    15. Kyler Murray , Cardinals (QB9) : Make-or-break season for his fantasy value, but we trust him to return to high levels.

    16. Bijan Robinson , Falcons (RB2) : Guess we will find out if Robinson's volume will rise. Fantasy managers assume so.

    17. Breece Hall , Jets (RB3)

    18. A.J. Brown , Eagles (WR6)

    19. Puka Nacua , Rams (WR7) : Preseason knee injury has investors concerned, but he is playing in Week 1.

    20. Brock Purdy , 49ers (QB10) : Only five QBs scored more fantasy points last season. Stop doubting this fellow!

    21. Dak Prescott , Cowboys (QB11) : In the news for contract reasons, but on the field, no worries. Expect 30 TD passes.

    22. Garrett Wilson , Jets (WR8) : We finally get to see him play with a top QB. Or do we?

    23. Davante Adams , Raiders (WR9)

    24. Jonathan Taylor , Colts (RB4)

    25. Saquon Barkley , Eagles (RB5) : Major volume is expected, but a big key will be receptions and touchdowns.

    26. Justin Herbert , Chargers (QB12) : Foot injury concerns us for full-season momentum, but he is playing in Week 1.

    27. Caleb Williams , Bears (QB13) : Rookie alert! Williams sure doesn't look like a rookie, though.

    28. Jayden Daniels , Commanders (QB14)

    29. Chris Olave , Saints (WR10)

    30. Michael Pittman Jr. , Colts (WR11) : Indy's No. 1 WR opens with tough Texans matchup, but he has his starting QB.

    31. James Cook , Bills (RB6) : We shall see if the Bills give him more goal-line looks to protect their QB.

    32. Rachaad White , Buccaneers (RB7) : Massive volume last season, and little indication things change this year.

    33. Jahmyr Gibbs , Lions (RB8)

    34. Alvin Kamara , Saints (RB9)

    35. Trevor Lawrence , Jaguars (QB15)

    36. Baker Mayfield , Buccaneers (QB16) : Last season's No. 10 fantasy scorer at QB opens with a solid matchup versus the Commanders.

    37. Geno Smith , Seahawks (QB17) : Last season's signature QB disappointment gets a positive home game with the Broncos.

    38. Jared Goff , Lions (QB18) : Eh, he faced the Rams in the January playoffs, so don't expect extra motivation this time.

    39. Tua Tagovailoa , Dolphins (QB19)

    40. Kyren Williams , Rams (RB10)

    41. Derrick Henry , Ravens (RB11) : Ravens newcomer should be eager to prove himself. Expect myriad touchdowns this season.

    42. Joe Mixon , Texans (RB12) : Texans newcomer just wants to fit in. Expect touchdowns.

    43. Kenneth Walker III , Seahawks (RB13)

    44. Aaron Rodgers , Jets (QB20) : He loves the spotlight, and Monday night against the 49ers will provide it.

    45. Matthew Stafford , Rams (QB21) : You didn't draft him to be a QB1, but in superflex, he is fine.

    46. Marvin Harrison Jr. , Cardinals (WR12) : Fantastic rookie may perform at a WR1 level right away, regardless of matchup.

    47. Mike Evans , Buccaneers (WR13) : The numbers are there every year, regardless of QB, so don't overthink this one.

    48. Deebo Samuel Sr. , 49ers (WR14)

    49. Kirk Cousins , Falcons (QB22) : Remember, he was playing at a QB1 level when the Achilles injury stopped him last year.

    50. Daniel Jones , Giants (QB23) : Meanwhile, he was not playing at a reasonable level for fantasy. But it's a new year!

    51. Deshaun Watson , Browns (QB24)

    52. Sam Darnold , Vikings (QB25)

    53. Cooper Kupp , Rams (WR15) : A reminder that ordinary QBs still tend to score more than safe WR2 options. Sigh.

    54. DK Metcalf , Seahawks (WR16)

    55. DeVonta Smith , Eagles (WR17) : The Eagles' offense is loaded, but Smith has averaged more than 1,000 receiving yards per season.

    56. Drake London , Falcons (WR18) : Hype is on with Cousins in town, and London is talented enough to shine.

    57. Isiah Pacheco , Chiefs (RB14)

    58. Josh Jacobs , Packers (RB15)

    59. Sam LaPorta , Lions (TE1) : Hamstring injury is a concern, but the Lions are optimistic he plays in Week 1.

    60. Travis Kelce , Chiefs (TE2) : Not a young man by TE standards, but still productive. Do not expect decline yet.

    61. Gardner Minshew , Raiders (QB26) : He may not be the starter in a month, but for Week 1, in superflex, you can do worse.

    62. Russell Wilson , Steelers (QB27) : He may not be the starter in the second half of Week 1. Justin Fields sure lurks.

    63. Derek Carr , Saints (QB28)

    64. Will Levis , Titans (QB29)

    65. Nico Collins , Texans (WR19) : Top receivers get pushed down a bit in superflex rankings by QBs. No concerns on Collins.

    66. Jaylen Waddle , Dolphins (WR20)

    67. George Pickens , Steelers (WR21) : Would be nice to see him paired with a top passing QB, but that seems unlikely in 2024.

    68. Zay Flowers , Ravens (WR22)

    69. Travis Etienne Jr. , Jaguars (RB16)

    70. De'Von Achane , Dolphins (RB17) : Keeping him healthy is paramount to the Dolphins, who will share RB volume for sure.

    71. Calvin Ridley , Titans (WR23)

    72. Stefon Diggs , Texans (WR24) : Forget his poor second half of 2023, but these Texans are loaded on offense.

    73. Tee Higgins , Bengals (WR25) : Underrated September play with teammate Chase not happy. Things should work out.

    74. Brandon Aiyuk , 49ers (WR26) : They worked out here, right? Forget Aiyuk's offseason. All is well.

    75. Rashee Rice , Chiefs (WR27)

    76. Aaron Jones , Vikings (RB18)

    77. James Conner , Cardinals (RB19)

    78. Zamir White , Raiders (RB20) : Strong finish to his 2023 season, and the Raiders should rely on him for volume again.

    79. Bo Nix , Broncos (QB30)

    80. Bryce Young , Panthers (QB31) : Rough rookie season, but the talent remains. The Panthers made offensive upgrades.

    81. Jacoby Brissett , Patriots (QB32) : Someone has to start at QB. Brissett is our final ranked QB. Keep Drake Maye rostered in superflex.

    82. Mark Andrews , Ravens (TE3)

    83. Chris Godwin , Buccaneers (WR28) : Unlucky in the touchdown department last season, and now a nice bargain.

    84. Amari Cooper , Browns (WR29)

    85. Malik Nabers , Giants (WR30) : Nobody doubts his talent, but he needs a QB to get him the football.

    86. DJ Moore , Bears (WR31)

    87. Tank Dell , Texans (WR32) : Perhaps he is the third WR on his team, but that may be premature.

    88. Rhamondre Stevenson , Patriots (RB21) : This is not a good offense, and Stevenson may find rushing lanes difficult to find.

    89. David Montgomery , Lions (RB22)

    90. Najee Harris , Steelers (RB23)

    91. Raheem Mostert , Dolphins (RB24) : Take the under on another 21 touchdowns, but he is going to produce numbers again.

    92. Brian Robinson Jr. , Commanders (RB25) : Perhaps not the first Commanders RB drafted in your league, but he should be.

    93. Diontae Johnson , Panthers (WR33) : His presence should help the young QB, and 1,000 receiving yards are in play.

    94. Terry McLaurin , Commanders (WR34)

    95. Javonte Williams , Broncos (RB26)

    96. Austin Ekeler , Commanders (RB27) : New to the Commanders and likely settles for a third-down role. Do not overrate.

    97. Keenan Allen , Bears (WR35) : New to the Bears and gets a rookie QB, but that rookie QB is really good.

    98. Christian Kirk , Jaguars (WR36)

    99. Jaxon Smith-Njigba , Seahawks (WR37)

    100. Trey McBride , Cardinals (TE4) : Underrated producer should only improve in Year 3.

    101. Jaylen Warren , Steelers (RB28) : Hamstring injury worried fantasy managers, and may keep volume down in Week 1.

    102. Devin Singletary , Giants (RB29) : Newcomer to Giants will not be Saquon, but he may see similar volume.

    103. D'Andre Swift , Bears (RB30)

    104. Chuba Hubbard , Panthers (RB31) : This is the underrated, starting RB for at least the first month. Worry about October later.

    105. DeAndre Hopkins , Titans (WR38)

    106. Ladd McConkey , Chargers (WR39)

    107. Christian Watson , Packers (WR40)

    108. Courtland Sutton , Broncos (WR41)

    109. Dalton Kincaid , Bills (TE5)

    110. Evan Engram , Jaguars (TE6)

    113. Tyjae Spears , Titans (RB34)

    114. Tony Pollard , Titans (RB35)
