The Grand Valley is almost always the hottest part of Colorado’s Western Slope. We’ll be nearing 100 degrees in the Grand Valley on Tuesday. Some of our backyard thermometers may touch the century mark, but most of us will stay just shy. Wednesday is a different story. High temperatures will range from 101 degrees around Grand Junction to 103 degrees around the Redlands to 104 degrees around Fruita. CU Boulder Chancellor Justin Schwartz today announced several actions to further establish CU Boulder as a global leader in sustainability.
