Students stick together at Waffleopolis
Loud, funky music played while students enjoyed free waffles at the annual Waffleopolis event Wednesday at Brazos Park and the University Center mall. Waffleopolis is part of Maverick Stampede Welcome Week, which takes place during the first week of the fall semester, welcoming Mavericks back to campus. Students had the choice to sit down and eat their waffle, mingle or take to the dance floor while a DJ performed live music.
