HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – An Evansville bait and tackle store saw a $2,100 loss after a burglary.

Officials with the Evansville Police Department say a store employee was opening the store when they saw the cash register open and the coin drawer missing. They then noticed multiple items were missing from the store.

Police say the suspect forced their way through the back door.

Police have not said if they have found a suspect in the case. The Evansville Police Department is still investigating.
