Wayne Hart spends a day at the Vanderburgh County Fair

VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) — The Vanderburgh County Fair ends on Saturday, but Friday Eyewitness News’ Wayne Hart got to speak with fairgoers and others to see how the fair was going.

During his trip to the Vanderburgh County Fair, Wayne Hart got to talk to Spitsville Acres to learn about lamas and alpacas.

Wayne also interviewed Isaiah Schmit, the owner of a grand champion steer.

Wayne got the chance to talk with Josh Miley of Miley Farms to learn about tractor-pulling.

Wayne then took a break from interviews to ride in an oil drum, his favorite ride at the fair. After his ride, he talked with Evansville Wartime Museum volunteer Michael Rasche to learn about his World War II-era tank.
