Huskers announce changes to fan experience at Memorial Stadium
LINCOLN, Neb. (WOWT) - Some changes to the fan experience are on the way at Memorial Stadium and other Nebraska Athletics venues. The Huskers on Thursday announced a list of alterations that will be made this season and moving forward, including a switch to being completely cashless. This means only cards can be used to pay for concessions, tickets, and merchandise.
Hastings High School working to combat chronic absenteeism
HASTINGS, Neb. (KSNB) - Students across the Tri-Cities are getting settled into the new school year, and at Hastings High School attendance is one of their top priorities. The school has implemented a new attendance policy, stating that any student who accumulates eight unexcused absences in a class during a semester, will be deemed excessively absent and will lose half credit for the class.
