(Atlantic) Thousands of bicycle enthusiasts hailing from coast to coast and abroad are traveling across Iowa for RAGBRAI 2024. The trip started in Glenwood on Sunday, spent Sunday night in Red Oak, and headed out on Monday morning through Elliott, Griswold, and Lewis for an overnight stay in Atlantic. City of Atlantic welcomes thousands of RAGBRAI cyclists for overnight stop
ATLANTIC, Iowa — Thousands of people visited Atlantic's town square on Day 2 of the 51st annual Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, or RAGBRAI. Cyclists completed a 40.7-mile ride from Red Oak on Monday. They set up camp all across the city, including in front of Atlantic High School. Sara Suri is from Chicago, Illinois, and is riding RAGBRAI for the first time with her dad.
