As one of the most valuable franchises in sports, the Knicks might be the best destination of all to house a superteam of the three most successful players of the modern NBA. The franchise itself has been in disarray for decades now but New York City is the biggest in the country with plenty of opportunities for a successful athlete. Madison Square Garden is considered the mecca of basketball culture and the fanbase is one of the biggest in the world spread out over all four corners of the globe.
Currently, with Jalen Brunson, Mikal Bridges, Julius Randle, and Mitchell Robinson, the Knicks already have a strong core of veterans. But with LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant, it would turn up the heat to an entirely new degree.
The fans, and the city, would go crazy for the Knicks dynasty and they'd instantly become the most interesting team in the league. Online, the Knicks community would go to war for their superstars and defend them from criticism every chance they got.
No matter what happens with their current group, the Knicks deserve a superstar and people have been eager to see the city rally behind an athlete for years now.
