( KRON ) – The Fairfield Police Department found suspected fentanyl and other drugs bagged to be sold in a probation search.

Around 8:20 p.m. on June 26, Fairfield police officers noticed a running blue vehicle without a front license plate at a residence near East Travis Boulevard and Phoenix Drive. Upon further investigation, officers learned that the car was registered to a man on probation with an extensive arrest record.

The man was identified as 24-year-old Fairfield resident Ade Hutchinson.

According to Fairfield PD, a woman was in the driver’s seat as Hutchinson walked out of the house into the car.

Police said the search yielded various narcotics and controlled substances, including suspected fentanyl and a loaded firearm that was stolen out of Las Vegas. According to police, many of the drugs were bagged to be sold. Hutchinson and the driver were arrested and booked into Solano County Jail.

Hutchinson was arrested on two counts of possession of a controlled substance for sale, addict in possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition and carrying a stolen loaded firearm.
