Four people arrested for a robbery after returning to the scene of the crime
WASHINGTON — Four people are in custody after they walked past the crime scene while officers were investigating the robbery they are accused of committing. Officers were flagged down on Tuesday at 12:30 a.m. by the victim who said he had been robbed along U Street, Northwest. The victim told police he was jumped by four people. The group then stole his stuff before running away.
