Police arrest Hopkinsville man for stalking
Hopkinsville Police arrested 21-year-old Alejandro Daniel of Hopkinsville for reportedly stalking an individual on Monday. According to a police report, officers were dispatched to a prowler call at a Hopkinsville residence. The victim shared that Daniel had reportedly knocked on their door, called them multiple times from different phone numbers and previously followed them around town.
Woman and 2 young children in critical condition after car accident in Hopkinsville
HOPKINSVILLE, KY (CHRISTIAN COUNTY NOW) – A woman and two children were severely injured in a single vehicle crash on July 15. Hopkinsville EMS responded to the wreck Monday evening in the area of Jefferson Davis Highway and Vaughns Grove – Little River Road. Initial reports from EMS said multiple people were ejected from the vehicle.

More information has been released about a wreck on US 68 in Fairview that claimed the life of a Bowling Green woman and injured two children and a man Monday afternoon. Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say an SUV driven by 21-year-old Laqway Matthews was eastbound on US 68 when the vehicle crossed the median and overturned several times. Matthews was ejected before the vehicle came to rest in a ditch.

Firefighters from three stations arrived within minutes to find fire coming from the back of the home around 2:45 a.m. Sunday, according to Hopkinsville Fire Department. Three occupants were able to safely evacuate and escape without any injuries.
