Tennessee man faces drug charges after multi-county pursuit
A Tennessee man faces drug and other charges after a high-speed pursuit from Trigg County into Calloway County Monday morning. The Trigg County Sheriff's Office said the operator, 26-year-old Lemonte Newsome of Hendersonville, Tennessee, led officers at speeds around 120 mph as they pursued Newsome along US 68 into Calloway County.

Rafael Garduza-Salinas refuses to tell police his name while stumbling down Crossland Avenue
34-year-old Rafael Garduza-Salinas was seen publicly intoxicated and stumbling near an intersection on Crossland Avenue and Kelly Lane on July 2nd. While officers were driving on Crossland Avenue, they noticed Salinas walking and stumbling on the side of the road. They then turned around and spoke with Salinas. However, Salinas refused to give officers his name. While speaking with Salinas, officers could also smell the strong odor of alcohol coming from him.
