ECU Health wins 2024 Highsmith Innovation Award from North Carolina Hospital Association
ECU Health once again rises this week with being given an award for patient's healthcare. According to ECU Health they were awarded on Thursday July 18 with the North Carolina Hospital Association’s 2024 Highsmith Award for Innovation. The award is given to a member institution or to an individual/team employed by an NCHA member institution for innovation that creates value for patients of healthcare.
New Report Ranks UNC Hospitals as Second-Best Hospital in North Carolina
The latest U.S. News & World Report rankings of hospitals once again see UNC Hospitals in Chapel Hill grabbing a top spot. The 2024-25 rankings by the magazine were released on Tuesday, with the hospital campus checking in at No. 2 overall out of 135 hospitals evaluated in North Carolina. It is a position UNC Hospitals, which is part of the UNC Health system, has held for several consecutive years.
