Interactive aquarium expected to open at a Colorado Springs mall

(KKTV) - A new business is expected to come to Colorado Springs soon. 11 News Morning Anchor Matt Kroschel started looking into claims an interactive aquarium would be coming to the Chapel Hills Mall. Those reaching out were tenants at the mall and are concerned about potential increases in their monthly rent because of the proposal of this new business.
