ST. PAUL, Minn. — A St. Paul man is accused of killing his girlfriend's estranged husband nearly a year after the husband allegedly shot the boyfriend in both legs.The 32-year-old man is charged with second-degree murder, according to court documents filed in Ramsey County Wednesday.The criminal complaint states the boyfriend was shot while outside working on a car on the 800 block of York Avenue on Aug. 29, 2023. State Patrol IDs Two Minnesota Men Killed in Separate Crashes
(KROC-AM News) - The State Patrol has released the names of two people killed in separate traffic incidents Tuesday night. One of the victims was a 19-year-old man from the Grand Rapids area. The State Patrol says Carter Haithcock of Goodland was fatally injured around 11:20 PM on Tuesday when he was struck by an SUV while he was walking in the traffic lane on Highway 169 in Nashwauk. The Grand Rapids woman driving the SUV was not hurt.
Minneapolis murder suspect to return to Olmsted County if released from Hennepin jail
(ABC 6 News) – The suspect in a Minneapolis murder case appeared in Olmsted County Court Friday on one charge of interfering with a dead body. Margot Lewis appeared remotely Friday, July 5, where Judge Debra Jacobson and the prosecution determined that if the defendant was released from Hennepin County custody in the future, Lewis would return to Olmsted County custody on $1M bail.
