Snohomish County seeks public's help to identify human remains found in Lynnwood
SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office is trying to identify human remains that were found at Scriber Lake Park in Lynnwood. On March 24, a skeletonized cranium was found. Authorities believe that the remains were of a Black man who they estimate was about 25 years old.

Four teens in custody after going on crime spree in King County
KING COUNTY, Wash. — Four teenagers were taken into custody after a series of armed robberies in Renton and Tukwila overnight. The male teens, a 13-year-old, 14-year-old and two 15-year-olds, allegedly robbed a gas station and two convenience stores before leading police on a pursuit in a stolen vehicle that ended in Pierce County. They were booked into the King County Juvenile Detention Center on investigation of first-degree robbery.
Man fatally shot in Auburn, deputies seek witnesses to the incident
KING COUNTY, Wash. — A man was fatally shot in Auburn Thursday evening, according to the King County Sheriff's Office. The KCSO said at around 6:30 p.m., they received a 911 call about shots being heard in the 28700 block of 34th Ave S. When deputies arrived, they found a man who was lying on the ground and appeared to be a victim of a gunshot wound in the parking lot of the Brookside Village apartments.

Verizon Signs Deal to Sublease 33,000 SQFT in Bellevue Once Occupied by T-Mobile
Office space on I-90 in Bellevue will soon have a new occupant as Verizon has made a deal to sublease 33,000 square feet of space once taken up by T-Mobile. According to an Eastside market overview report recently released by Broderick Group, the deal is an example of how tenant demand, which has remained relatively strong though hyper-focused on “best-in-class” assets, is beginning to trickle out to the suburban markets. The Verizon deal is at 90 North, a three building property where 132,000 square feet still remains available.
