    NMDOT to begin U.S. 64 rehab project in Farmington

    FARMINGTON, N.M. (KRQE) – The New Mexico Department of Transportation will begin a two-mile pavement rehabilitation project on U.S. 64 Farmington on Wednesday. The rehabilitation project will include new pavement and striping between mile markers 47.9 and 49.5.

    NMDOT details what revamped part of I-25 will look like in Albuquerque

    Officials say the work should last 15 working days. Work will happen Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. One lane will be closed during work hours with a 12-foot width restriction in place and the speed limit will be reduced to 35 miles per hour through the work zone.

    Drivers are urged to observe traffic control signs and reduce speed. Updates to the project will be found at the New Mexico Department of Transportation website .
