Fitchburg, WI – An 18-year-old man was arrested following a road rage incident involving a firearm on Fish Hatchery Road. According to the Fitchburg Police Department, the incident occurred Thursday around 6:30 p.m. The suspect, Hector Hernandez Williams, allegedly pointed a firearm at another vehicle occupied by a man, his significant other, and their young child at a stoplight.
