Kai has had a successful run in MLW up to this point; she debuted at MLW Slaughterhouse 2023, where she beat Delmi Exo to win the title. Kai has been the face of the women's division ever since, as she has defended the title against Exo, Unagi Sayaka, and other competitors. Kai is also a member of Contra Unit.
