Coming Soon: The Promenade at Town Center Breaks Ground
PALM COAST, Fla. – The residential rooftops are filling in and now it’s time for the commercial to follow suit in the Innovation District of Town Center. The long-awaited groundbreaking for the sprawling 17.35 acres of urban hub known as The Promenade at Town Center has been two and a half years in the making according to William P. Angrick III, founder of Persimmon Capital.
Palm Coast Launches New Free Concert Series
Palm Coast – The City of Palm Coast Parks & Recreation department is thrilled to announce the launch of its first-ever monthly concert series. The inaugural concert will be held on Thursday, July 25, from 6-8 pm at The Stage (formally known as the Palm Coast Arts Foundation) in Central Park at Town Center located at 1500 Central Avenue, Palm Coast, 32164, featuring the local favorite country/rock band, Southern Chaos.
City of Flagler Beach Adopts Juvenile Curfew Ordinance
Flagler Beach, FL – On Thursday, July 11, 2024, the Flagler Beach City Commission, upon second reading of Ordinance 2024-08, unanimously approved the adoption of a Juvenile Curfew Ordinance. The City Commissions decision was to “opt in” on Florida State Statute 877.22, which set parameters for “Minors”, under sixteen (16) years of age, who will be prohibited in public places and establishments during certain hours.

Lehigh Trail Dog Park Closing July 16th-29th for Improvements
The dog park at Lehigh Trail, adjacent to the Southern Recreation Center at Belle Terre Pkwy and Royal Palms Pkwy, will be closed for close to two weeks as it undergoes planned improvement, the Palm Coast announced in a statement on Friday.
