"People always ask me about my pantry, which I love my pantry because it opens up lots of ideas when it comes to cooking," Flay, who is Misfits Market's chef-in-residence,'' as stated in People.

Bobby Flay's extremely organized pantry consists of 'sections' of foods and ingredients. He started with the ''Italian Section'' which consisted of a glorious amount of pastas; all shapes, all sizes. He explains that he buys a lot of pasta from Italy because he loves the flour that is used to make the pasta. He also keeps a lot of 'good quality' canned tomatoes and tomato paste in his pantry, he says it is essential for a great sauce. He also says he uses a pre-made sauce as well called ''Simply Sugo,'' which you can add your own ingredients too, if you want a delicious and easy base to start with.

He also has a section dedicated to his favorite, chilies, like the Calabrian chilies that he is known for. He keeps a large assortment in his pantry and says he likes ''Southwestern and Mexican-style chilies, like Guaillo chili powder, chipotle, and a jar of roasted, peeled, and seeded red piquillo peppers from Spain that are packed in olive oil,'' as stated on People's website. His ''Asian Ingredient Section'' consists of; sesame oil, coconut milk, soy sauce, and a spice called Gochujang, which is a fermented Korean hot chili paste. Chef Flay also loves Chickpeas! He says he always has cans of chickpeas on hand because he loves to make his own hummus.

Here are more essentials he stocks up on; different types of mustards and ketchup, an assortment of cooking oils, vinegars, as well as dried mushrooms, capers, anchovies, and saffron. He also likes to have nut butters as well as different types of sweeteners, like molasses, honey, maple syrup, and sugars, for baking. And lastly, another pantry staple for Bobby Flay is-----potato chips! If you know anything about Bobby Flay then you know he loves burgers.
