Todd English Talks About Specialty Pasta Dishes & 'Tuscany' Restaurant Located in Connecticut

We all know that Connecticut foodies love dining out! Our resident Celebrity Chef Todd English brings the flavors and aromas of Tuscany, Italy to his restaurant, ''Todd English's Tuscany'' located at the Mohegan Sun in Montville, Connecticut. Chef English has shared with his millions of followers on social media that 'Homemade pasta is my speciality.'

The main ingredient that brings loyal customers back time and time again is the authentic, Italian cuisine he loves to make. These are some family favorites dishes and old world classics that you need to experience for yourself. Some of the best known dishes are Todd English's pasta dishes.

He also says that one of his personal favorites to make at home is ''Spaghetti aglio e olio [oil and garlic]. It’s a classic I never get tired of, although it reflects that simpler is harder to do,'' he tells CSQ. These delicious dishes from his dinner menu includes a really flavorful Cavatelli dish made with arugula pesto, blistered grape tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts.

Todd English also offers a decadent Rigatoni Alla Vodka, which includes al dente rigatoni, roasted tomatoes, and creamy burrata cheese, my personal favorite. There is also a 'seafood extravaganza' Seafood Bucatini that is made with shrimp, scallops, clams, squid, PEI mussels, spicy tomato sauce, and fried basil.

Tuscany also offers a lunch menu Monday through Friday, from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, as well as Brunch Buffet on both Saturdays & Sundays from 10:00 am - 2:30 pm, according to the official Tuscany website.
