A manhunt has been launched for a man who grabbed a two-month-old baby from a mother's arms and fled during an altercation.

Police are searching for the man who kidnapped the baby girl on Monday after an argument with the child's mother at around noon on Monday in the 6000 block of Lost Horse in the area of Citrus Avenue and Sierra Lakes Parkway, Fontana, California.

The child's mother was having an argument with a man who has only been identified as "Q" before he grabbed the child and fled on foot. The suspect has been described as a Black male about 5-feet 7-inches tall, with shoulder-length dreadlocks. He was reportedly wearing a blue shirt and blue jeans and the baby girl was wearing a blue onesie with a pink donut, reports abc7.

Anyone with information is asked to call Fontana police at (909)350-7700 or just dial 911.

In a separate case, a frantic search was launched for a missing 2-month-old baby girl who was allegedly abducted from a Georgia hotel by her own father, who was described as "armed and dangerous."

The Georgian equivalent of an AMBER Alert, called a Levi's Call, was issued for Reya Clark , who was reportedly last seen in a room at the Home2 Suites by Hilton on Peachtree Dunwoody Road in Sandy Springs, a small city that's a northern suburb of Atlanta located just 17 miles north of the major metropolitan hub.

Randy Bernard Clark, the baby's father, does not have custody over his daughter, it was reported. The 22-year-old allegedly snatched her from the hotel at 3:30 a.m. on Wednesday and went on the run, the Sandy Springs Police Department told FOX 5 .

It wasn't clear why the baby was at the hotel or who has custody over her — it was just known that her father doesn't, according to the police. She was described as being in "extreme danger" by the police following the abduction.

Reya was described as 18 inches tall, weighing about 12 to 15 pounds with brown eyes and short, curly black hair. She was last seen in a pink T-shirt and a diaper.

Her father, Randy, is 5-foot-11 and weighs approximately 250 pounds, the Levi's Call said. He also has brown eyes and short, curly black hair. It wasn't known what kind of vehicle he was driving when the abduction occurred.
