FREEPORT, Pa. (KDKA) -- Visitation and funeral plans have been made for 50-year-old Corey Comperatore, the Sarver husband and father killed at the Trump rally on Saturday. The public is invited to a procession through Freeport Community Park down to Laube Hall on Thursday at 2 p.m. People can pay their respects at a visitation from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at Laube Hall on Community Park Road.Comperatore died Saturday protecting his family from gunfire. KITTANNING — Strangulation and other charges against an Indiana County resident have been waived to court. On Wednesday, James William Taylor’s right to a preliminary hearing was waived, a move which prompted Kittanning Magisterial District Judge Kenneth Bussard to bind their case over to the Armstrong County Court of Common Pleas.

A New Kensington man is facing felony aggravated assault charges after police say he hit one woman with a flashlight and put a knife to the neck of another. City police filed charges Sunday against Samuel Nathan Brown, 54. Officers responded to the incident in the 500 block of Fourth Avenue shortly before 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
