One person dead after dispute in Rome
ROME, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) — A Greig man is dead after a fight at a softball game in Rome led to a shooting, according to Rome Police. Officers were called to a softball tournament at Haselton-Wright Park in Rome at approximately 8:15 pm on Sunday, July 14. Upon their arrival, they met with board members of the softball league, who asked officers to remove a person — later identified as 34-year-old Theodore Chrystie of Greig in Lewis County. They were asking for his removal due to alleged disruptive behavior.
New York State Police Investigate School Bus Accident in Upstate NY
New York State Troopers are investigating a school bus accident on Monday in Upstate New York, that involved a Boonville, NY school bus driver and a 25-year-old. Troopers say two young passengers, ages two and four, were on the bus at the time of the accident. According to police, there were no injuries.

TRENTON- A local resident is faced with an accusation stemming from an alleged domestic dispute Monday in Oneida County, authorities say. Karyona L. Cittadino, 28, of Barneveld, NY was arrested Monday morning by the New York State Police (Remsen). Cittadino is formally charged with one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).
