Felon facing new charges attempted gun purchase
Dushore, Pa. — A convicted felon allegedly told police he didn’t know his criminal history would prevent him from buying a gun. Justin Pajski, 28, is now facing another felony charge after he lied on a gun application while trying to buy a .357 Ruger from a shop in Dushore last August, police say.
