Coming to a close: A.G.I.R.L.S Dance Team
COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - After many years of service, the A.G.I.R.L.S Dance Team will no longer be operating in the community. Founded in 2012, A.G.I.R.L.S. was an all-girls majorette dance team that competed in local and regional competitions and held an undefeated record for months. The team has won at least 200 trophies while being featured on Lifetime’s hit show, “Bring It” winning against the renowned Dancing Dolls.

Initially, I thought of vibrations but with neuropathy, they might not feel it. I wondered what else could I use,” said Dillard, a physical therapy assistant at Augusta’s Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, whose idea of using magnets in a device came to fruition in a prototype in 2022. It should be on the market by year’s end.
