The Fort Collins Foxes are hosting a unique baseball game Sunday.

The Foxes, a collegiate wood-bat summer league team , are deviating from playing other similar teams and instead hosting the U.S. Military WarDogs.

The game is a 7 p.m. Sunday at Fort Collins City Park.

The WarDogs take the military's "best ball players and travels the U.S. playing major, minor and collegiate teams in order to raise money and awareness for veterans dealing with PTSD, suicide, unemployment and disability," according to their Facebook page .

For the game, the funds being raised will be given to a non-profit called Freedom Service Dogs. The Foxes organization will be making a donation to the WarDogs that will be given to Freedom Service Dogs, according to the Foxes.

There will be a pregame concert at 5:30 p.m., various pregame and in-game events honoring military and after the game there will be a drone light show.

Single-game tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for kids ages 12 and younger. Active military, veterans and first responders are also $5.
