The SUV drove through a window at the Quality Inn, 3836 E. Mulberry Street, near Interstate 25 around noon, according to Poudre Fire Authority . The vehicle was almost entirely inside the motel room when first responders arrived.

Two people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash, and two people and two dogs were in the motel room the vehicle crashed into, according to Poudre Fire Authority. No injuries were reported.

The driver of the vehicle was issued a citation, according to a Colorado State Patrol spokesperson.

The SUV was removed from the motel room, and a building inspector checked the building and determined it was stable, PFA spokesperson Annie Bierbower told the Coloradoan. A few of the rooms directly above the room the SUV drove into were evacuated as a precautionary measure.
