2 People Wanted By New York State Police
Do you know either of these two individuals? New York State Police want to speak to them in connection to a crime. New York State Police at Homer need your help in identifying these two suspects - a male and a female. Trooper responded to a call at the Walmart on Bennie Road in Cortlandville on May 14, 2024. It was reported that the two suspects left the store with a full cart of items and did not try to pay for the items. The suspects fled the Walmart in a black pickup truck. Despite their best efforts, Troopers have not been able to locate the suspects and need the public's help identifying them. 3 of New York’s Most Wanted Criminals Are From WNY
Have you seen any of New York State's 'Most Wanted Fugitives?' Three of them are from Western New York. They are considered armed and dangerous by the New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision's Office of Special Investigations. Under no circumstances should you try to apprehend any of these fugitives. The investigator's contact info in each case is below each photo. Some of these fugitives have been on the run for over a year. Each is presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law.

Teen arrested for stabbing in Fort Edward
FORT EDWARD, N.Y. (WRGB) — A 16-year-old male was arrested on Thursday in connection with a stabbing incident that involved another youth. According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the incident occurred on Broadway in Fort Edward, where a young male, whose name will not be released due to his age, stabbed another 16-year-old male, causing physical injury.

Saratoga Springs faces lawsuit over $60K legal bill payment for city official
SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (WRGB) — The city of Saratoga Springs is now facing a lawsuit after approving to pay $60,993 in private legal fees racked up by one city official. The lawsuit was filed by Michael Brandi, Chairman of the Republican Saratoga Springs Republican Committee, and it’s seeking to stop the city from making payments to cover Commissioner of Accounts Dillon Moran’s exorbitant legal bill.
