Teenage girl shot, injured after fight ends with gunfire in Montgomery County
A teenage girl was shot and injured after a fight broke out in Pottstown, Montgomery County.It happened at approximately 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on Myrtle Street in the Bright Hope Community.Officers say they responded to reports of a fight involving multiple teenage girls.According to police, shots were fired as a result of that dispute.When police arrived at the scene, officers found a 14-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to her chest.She was treated at the scene and transported to a local trauma center. Donald Green, 43, Fatally Shot on Friday Night
CAMDEN – Donald Green, 43, of Camden died early Saturday morning after being shot multiple times about an hour earlier near the 1000 block of Liberty Street, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office. The Camden County Police Department ShotSpotter technology alerted officers to apparent gunfire at 11:35 p.m. and when they arrived at the scene they found Green wounded. Warrington Police Stop a Man Allegedly Trying to Break into the Front Door of a House
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA—Warrington police intervened when a 33-year-old Ambler man was allegedly trying to break in the front door of a house in broad daylight. Police said that on June 27, Steven Joseph Delpopolo was on Tabatha Drive when he tried to break into the front door and front windows of a house. 3-year-old injured after being bitten by dog while leaving corner store in Philadelphia
A 3-year-old was injured after a dog repeatedly bit him in West Philadelphia on Tuesday.It happened just before 6 p.m. on the unit block of North 57th Street.Officers responded to the scene after multiple 911 calls reported that a child was being attacked by a dog.Upon arrival, police say they found a 3-year-old boy on the sidewalk with several dog bites along his arm.The child and his mother were then transported to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where the boy is in stable condition.According to police, the child was with his mother at a corner store near where they live.The boy reportedly walked out of the store first, and when he did, the dog jumped off a neighboring porch and attacked.Witnesses say the dog was not leashed or behind a fence.Officers described the dog as a mid-size Rottweiler. Investigators also say the attack seemingly happened for no reason.Authorities were able to contain the dog at the scene.Police later returned the dog to its owner, where the animal will need to be quarantined indoors for 10 days while the investigation takes place.

Ambler police remind public on curfew for minors
The Borough of Ambler Police Department recently issued a reminder that the borough has a curfew ordinance impacting those under 18 years of age. From the notice:. We would like to Remind parents and guardians that the Borough of Ambler has a curfew ordinance that the Police Department enforces. A minor, who is a person under the age of eighteen, may not remain in a public place and or vehicle without being accompanied by a parent or guardian or a person having legal custody of that minor during certain evening and early morning hours. The restricted hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11p.m. until 5 a.m. the following day. On Friday night and Saturday night the curfew is 12 a.m. until 5 a.m. the following day. There are exceptions to the Curfew Ordinance for juveniles who are traveling to and from work during the restricted hours. If you have any further questions please see the Ambler Borough’s Website.
