Chris Brown and Yella Beezy have been hit with a $50 million lawsuit following an alleged backstage assault on Brown’s 11:11 Tour .

On Monday (July 22), TMZ Hip Hop broke news of the lawsuit, filed by plaintiffs Charles Bush, Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, and Da Marcus Powell, who have accused, Brown, Beezy, and several members of his entourage with viciously attacking them backstage at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX.

According to legal documents obtained by the outlet, the alleged assaults took place this past Saturday (July 20) following Brown’s performance at the Dickies Arena, where the plaintiffs were escorted backstage along with dozens of women for an afterparty.

Bush says that he and his friends, who attended the concert together, grew tired of awaiting Brown’s arrival and had decided to leave, but not before exchanging pleasantries with the artist. However, while Brown initially appeared to be receptive to Bush’s congratulatory gesture, Bush says that a member of his entourage abruptly singled him as someone Brown had a prior dispute with, causing the encounter to suddenly become tense.

Bush says that Brown then addressed him in a confrontational manner, with the singer stating, “What’s up, ni**a? I don’t forget sh*t” before ordering members of his entourage to attack Bush, who says he was surrounded by several men who punched and kicked him in the head.

Bush also says that one specific member of Brown’s crew, named Hood Boss, threw a chair at his head during the assault.

Another plaintiff, Larry Parker, says that Chris Brown ordered Yella Beezy and members of his entourage to chase after him and “f**k [him] up,” resulting in him being assaulted after running down a stairwell with a locked door and no other way of exit. According to Parker, he was punched and kicked in his head for more than 10 minutes during the beating.

Bush, Parker, Lewis, and Powell all suffered severe injuries during the attacks and had to undergo various medical treatments and procedures, with at least one plaintiff remaining hospitalized, according to Tony Buzbee, the alleged victims’ attorney.

In addition to Chris Brown and Yella Beezy , Brown’s associate Sinko Ceej and Live Nation were also named as defendants in the whopping eight-figure lawsuit. The plaintiffs have also filed for restraining orders against Brown, Beezy, and Sinko Ceej.
