Chris Brown and Yella Beezy are facing another hefty lawsuit stemming from the fight that allegedly happened backstage after his tour stop in Texas.

According to a report TMZ published on Wednesday, July 24, a security guard named Frederick R. Overpeck is suing both artists after he was injured during the massive brawl that reportedly unfolded at the Dickies Arena in Fort Worth last weekend. Overpeck was told to cover the backstage area while a meet-and-greet went down. A huge fight broke out between Breezy's crew and four other alleged victims, who also filed a lawsuit against the singer and the Texas rapper.

The four men — Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush and Da Marcus Powell — were allegedly jumped after Brown recognized one of them from a previous beef. The lawsuit, which was filed by Overpeck's attorney Anthony Buzbee, alleges Brown ordered his crew and Yella Bezy's camp to attack the men. All of them escaped the gruesome brawl with severe injuries, and one of them still remains hospitalized.

Overpeck also sustained injuries during the melee, which he described as a "prison yard beat down." According to his lawsuit, he was punched and kicked by Brown's people when he tried to step in and help one of the men. The 58-year-old father's hip was severely injured, and he has cracked vertebrae in his neck. The four men are suing for $50 million in damages and Overpeck is seeking $15 million.

As of this report, Chris Brown has not responded to the allegations. However, Yella Beezy has acknowledged the lawsuits on social media. He recently reposted O.T. Genesis' joke about the situation on his Instagram Stories and criticized the photos of him that blogs have been using to post about him.
