La Crosse man sentenced for trafficking cocaine, fentanyl
MADISON, Wis. (WEAU) - A La Crosse man was sentenced yesterday for trafficking cocoaine and fentanyl in 2023. 47-year-old Louis Ray was sentenced on July 25 to nine years in federal prison for distributing 40 grams or more of fentanyl, a news release from United States Attorney Timothy O’Shea of the Western District of Wisconsin said.

Hundreds of millions of dollars spent on delivering internet service yet large gaps remain
