Former 'Dogs locked in for NFL training camps
FRESNO, Calif. – With NFL Training Camps beginning around the league, Fresno State has 17 former Bulldogs in action. Of the 17 former Bulldogs entering camp, four enter their rookie seasons in Levelle Bailey (Denver Broncos), Jaelen Gill (Los Angeles Chargers), Carlton Johnson (Seattle Seahawks) and Morice Norris Jr. (Detroit Lions). Fresno State also has ties to some of the league's top returning veterans including Davante Adams (Las Vegas Raiders), Derek Carr (New Orleans Saints) and DaRon Bland (Dallas Cowboys).

It’s another week of the Mountain West Recruiting Roundup. July continues to be a slow month on the recruiting front, and this week there were more commits than offers. Four new players found homes, with Boise State, Fresno State, and UNLV each securing commits this week. On the offer front, there were only two, as coaches continue to prepare for the start of the season, meaning recruiting is taking a back seat.
