Reese Tower now taking applications for their renovated condos

    2024-04-12

TULSA, Okla. — With stunning views in every unit, Reese Tower is ready to show off its brand-new style.

The Reese Tower, previously the Remington Tower, was transformed into a modern living space after years of construction following an EF 2 tornado damaged the building.

"We're accepting applications and moving people in. We've gotten over half the building open for occupancy, fully staffed, ready for new families moving in," said owner Travis Reese.

    FOX23 got a sneak peak at the 17th floor. A two-bedroom, two-bath and a one-bedroom and one-bath with a large balcony and a view of downtown Tulsa.

"The building is just such an iconic building within Tulsa and even Oklahoma," Reese said.

Reese saw an opportunity to bring something unique to this part of midtown Tulsa.

"This structure is unique. We really like the Midtown area, we've got great retail from Reasor's, Chipotle and the Ice Arena that's just across the road," Reese said.

With entertainment nearby and plenty of restaurants, Reese hopes it attracts more young professionals to Tulsa.

"I think it's going to be a great place for the Midtown populous, to bring young professionals and people who bring in an energy to the area," Reese explained.

Work is still underway for the lower floors and the top floors. Construction on the building should wrap up in about 90 days with big plans in store for the summer.

"We will have our pool open early summer. It'll be a great pool with two sun decks and kind of a wading pool," Reese said.
