    1 airlifted to hospital after being hit by car while driving go-kart in Somerset

    SOMERSET, Ky. ( FOX 56 ) — Fire crews responded to reports of a crash with injuries Sunday night near Kentucky Highway 39.

    Firefighters said a homemade go-kart was being driven near Pulaski County High School when they were hit by a vehicle.

    LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

    One person was airlifted to an area hospital for treatment. There is no word yet on their condition.
