Shooting in downtown Denver sends 2 to the hospital

DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Police Department reported that two people were rushed to the hospital after being shot in downtown Denver.

The shooting occurred around 2 a.m. on Monday near Wazee and 17th streets.

DPD states that the investigation involves a white SUV in a public parking lot. There is no update on the condition of the two people shot during the incident.

Police are developing suspect information.
