    Buses to replace A Line trains between Union Station, Central Park on Wednesday

    DENVER (KDVR) — If you use RTD trains to travel between Union Station and Central Park Station in Denver, including trips to the airport, plan for an adjusted commute on Wednesday.

    RTD said shuttle buses will replace A Line trains from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. because of federally required testing by Union Pacific Railroad and Denver Transit Operators, according to an announcement on the RTD website .

    Shuttles will be offered between Union Station and Central Park Station at:

    • Union Station, Gate B22 (underground bus concourse)
    • 38th and Blake Station, board shuttle in front of the station
    • 40th and Colorado Station, Gate B
    • Central Park Station, Gate B3

    A Line trains will run on the usual schedule between Central Park and the Denver Airport stations, and rail service to the airport will resume after the work is done on Wednesday.

    The first train with continuous service to the airport is set to leave Union Station at 5 p.m. The first train with continuous service to Union Station is set to leave the airport at 4:42 p.m.
