The motorcyclist, an adult male, is expected to survive.

After the crash, the driver of the vehicle was moving out of the way when a bystander allegedly accosted the driver, holding them down and robbing them of their gun, according to Aurora police.

The bystander then fled with the driver’s gun, Aurora police reported. The driver remained on scene and is cooperating with police, the agency said.
