Calhoun robbed the Dick’s Sporting Goods on Oct. 5, 2018. The prosecutor’s office said he left the store with a basket of Chiefs merchandise. However, as he was leaving, a clerk asked if he needed help checking out, leading him to pull out a gun and point it at the woman before leaving the store.

Calhoun is expected to serve 85% of his sentence before he is eligible for parole.

The second person facing a prison sentence for theft is Aaliyah Walker who was charged with 15 stealing offenses. She faces six years in prison.

According to the prosecutor’s office, Walker pleaded guilty to 15 counts of stealing between March 20, 2021 and March 25, 2024.

She stole seven times from Bath and Body Works, three times from Sunglass Hut and Rally House, and one time from Victoria’s Secret and Sephora.

Lastly, Asia Marshall was sentenced on Aug. 15 to seven years for second-degree robbery and 11 additional counts for stealing merchandise from a variety of locations throughout the county.

Marshall pleaded guilty to one second-degree robbery charge and 11 other thefts between May 20 and Dec. 21, 2023.
