KCPD searching for missing 12-year-old girl

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are searching for a missing 12-year-old girl who was last seen Saturday night in Kansas City, Missouri.

According to the Kansas City Police Department, Alma Martinez was last seen at about 11:30 p.m. near the 3700 block of Gardner Avenue. She was said to be walking on foot.

Police said it is unknown exactly what she was wearing, but she often wears long-sleeved shirts.

Martinez is described as 5 foot 2 inches tall and weighing 100 pounds.
