    Putnam Co. man arrested for going 112 mph while drunk

    PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. — An Indianapolis man was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated in Putnam County.

    Justin Bartrum, 33, was pulled over on US 231 for driving 112 mph in a 55 mph zone.

    According to police, the driver displayed sings of impairment. An OWI investigation led to his arrest.
