“Jersey Shore” cast member Angelina Pivarnick says she's innocent.

Pivarnick pled not guilty on Tuesday, July 23, to charges of simple assault, criminal mischief, obstructing the administration of law, and resisting arrest related to a domestic violence investigation at her Freehold Township home on June 2.

“You had a chance, I believe, to consult with a prosecutor, counsel and we're going to reset this matter in person for what will hopefully be a resolution,” said Judge Nicole Sonnenblick during the Zoom appearance.

Pivarnick, who only spoke to state her name, was on Zoom in the same room with her attorney, James Leonard Jr. of Atlantic City, who stated a preference for a court appearance on Tuesday, Aug. 20. Sonnenblick agreed.

Pivarnick wore a blazer over a plunging neckline and hoop earrings. Leonard did not reply to a request for comment on the case.

Pivarnick, a 38-year-old Staten Island native, lives in the Freehold Township home with Vinny Tortorella, who also appears on the “Jersey Shore” spin-off, “Jersey Shore Family Vacation.”

The victim, whose name was redacted from the court documents, suffered “bodily injury” as a result of Pivarnick “striking him with her hands/fists causing scratches, redness and complaint of pain to the victim's hands,” according to the complaint, which resulted in the simple assault charge.

The criminal mischief charge stemmed from Pivarnick striking the victim’s “vehicle with her hands, causing damage under $500,” the complaint said.

While investigating the complaint, the victim provided a statement to police and presented officers with a video of the criminal mischief, according to the affidavit of probable cause in the case.

Pivarnick and Tortorella previously had a flare up at their Freehold Township home. Pivarnick called police after an alleged altercation at the home and declined to press charges against Tortorella after police arrived.

The date of the incident was not reported, but it was verified by attorneys for both Pivarnick and Tortorella.

The home is often featured on “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” and was previously inhabited by Pivarnick and her ex-husband, Chris Larangeira.

“Jersey Shore Family Vacation” concluded its most recent season on May 16.

Tortorella posted a video of himself at the gym, doing reverse grip incline bench presses, a few minutes before 2 p.m. while court was in session on Instagram.
