Gig Car Share To Cease Service In December, Citing Decreased Demand And Rising Costs
GIG Car Share will cease service in the Bay Area by Dec. 27, according to an email to members Wednesday. The Oakland-based company allows users to pick up and drop off signature blue and black cars for short trips around the East Bay and San Francisco charged per minute, hour or day.
