The project is estimated to cost just over $2 million, and be finished later this year.

The total contract with Hafer is for $469,000 with $12,000 in reimbursable expenses. So far, just under $400,000 has been utilized. The Commission heard that Hafer anticipates needing to use the full contract amount, and has asked for addendum to be added for services provided for a land survey, so the total is expected to increase.
