    Man sought for armed robbery at a Fresno smoke shop, police say

    FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – A man is wanted for an alleged robbery at a Fresno Smoke Shop that happened in June, according to the Fresno Police Department.

    Police say on June 21, officers responded to the Valley Moon Smoke Shop located at 3602 East Butler Avenue in regard to an armed robbery that occurred.

    Officers say the suspect pointed a handgun at the cashier and took an unknown amount of money from the register. Prior to leaving the location, he took the victim’s cell phone. The cell phone was recovered in an alley just southeast of the location.
